The seven elements of an effective health care compliance program are reviewed Standards, Policies and Procedures, Oversight, Education and Training, Auditing and Monitoring, Reporting, Enforcement and Discipline, and Response and Prevention The courses closes with important lessons learned in the operation of a health care compliance program.
