Introducing ARBO's Model Practice Act for Optometry

Join members of the ARBO Board of Directors and Dale Atkinson, Esq. to hear about ARBO's Model Practice Act for Optometry. The purpose of the ARBO Model Practice Act for Optometry is to provide a resource to Optometry Boards to integrate as a model for regulating the practice of optometry. The Model Practice Act for Optometry reflects current issues in professional regulation and facilitates greater standardization of terminology and regulation from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Greater standardization promotes increased mobility for licensed optometrists, and consistency in legal decisions related to licensure, renewal, discipline, and other board activities.
