- This 1 hour course focuses on the strategies and methods used in current bladeless Laser-Assisted In-Situ Keratomileusis refractive surgery. Attendees will learn about the advantages of bladeless LASIK technology over the previous bladed technology. Using pig eyes, attendees will have the ability to perform flap creation, assist in corneal flap lifting, and complete the ablation in an actual surgical setting if desired.
