An overlooked ocular anatomical structure, the vitreous is often conspicuous by its absence. That is, until it makes itself evident secondary, typically, to posterior vitreous detachment. This course will offer a brief history of abnormal vitreous attachments and their consequences following posterior vitreous detachment.
