- It is often said that prebyopia is the holy grail of refractive care. Indeed, all current Multifocal eyeglass, contact lens and refractive surgery procedures have some limitations. This course addresses the various presbyopic surgical techniques in development. Our discussion includes multifocal ablations, multifocal IOLs, accommodating IOLs and scleral expansive procedures.
