- Choosing the right code and documenting accordingly can be difficult and confusing. This course provides a model for continuous growth through capturing, caring, and coding for the profit centers (eyeglasses, contact lenses, dry eye disease, glaucoma, etc.) in a primary care optometry practice. An update of ophthalmological and evaluation and management codes will be thoroughly discussed. Special testing and procedure documentation requirements will be reviewed pertaining to the primary care optometry practice.
