Small group meetings often in a board room. Combining a lecture format with more than usual interaction between speaker and attendees. Because of the small group format direct inquiry and conversation with the speaker is encouraged and easily accomplished.In addition there are unique opportunities for learning outside the board room. Since the attendees and speaker are all on the same boat for a week collegial interaction is natural. The venue is conducive to attendees interacting with each other and the speaker. They may gauge their skills strategies and patient outcomes with each other and the lecturer as they acquire new knowledge and competence. Discussions tend to be more wide ranging and open since the vast majority of attendees are from different noncompeting geographic areasmarkets
