Description:
This two hour workshop based course provides attendees with information and experience necessary to begin performing anterior segment laser therapy procedures. This hands-on clinical workshop will review basic biophysics and tissue interactions of lasers, safety and hazard concerns, on operating information of various laser systems. Focusing mechanisms, laser setting variables and tips on patient management throughout the procedure will be discussed during the workshop. Each attendee will work with a YAG photodisruption and a Frequency Doubled YAG photocoagulation.
